What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?
New email analysis pauses. Your dashboard and saved work remain available: create manual tasks, edit, complete, snooze, save views and download your workspace. Analysis can resume after the allowance resets, provided your subscription and consent remain active. You do not have to upgrade to keep managing tasks.
What counts as an analysis?
Each message sent for an analysis attempt uses one allowance unit, even if no task is found. A message can produce several tasks for one unit. Initial imports and later incoming/sent messages share the same allowance; retries can use additional units. Already completed duplicates, supported service-email exclusions and messages skipped by a pre-analysis email rule use none. Dashboard task filters do not reduce analysis usage.
When does the allowance reset?
At the start of each UTC calendar month, including on annual plans. Unused analyses do not roll over. Pro shares its 8,000 monthly allowance across both connections; it is not 8,000 per mailbox. Billing renewal and allowance reset dates can differ.
How do subscriptions and invoices work?
Choose a recurring monthly or annual subscription through Stripe Checkout. Prices are USD. Stripe displays the recurring total and applicable taxes before confirmation. Use Billing to open Stripe’s customer portal for payment details, cancellation, supported plan changes and invoice PDFs. Selecting a plan at signup does not charge you.
Does Free have lasting value?
Yes. Your personal space includes manual tasks, dates, priorities, categories, saved views, rearrangeable widgets, a focus timer, Mindful moments, a private daily briefing, follow-up insights and workspace downloads. Optional daily briefing emails and reviewed calendar scheduling are included too. These tools need no mailbox connection or paid subscription.
Which calendars can I connect?
Every plan, including Free, supports one calendar account: Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com, iCloud or a compatible CalDAV provider. Calendar authorization is separate from email and uses no mailbox slot or analysis credits. Review and confirm task reminders, focus blocks or appointments in a dedicated zenvodo calendar. Changes require your review; two-way synchronization is not included.
What can email rules and learning do?
Personal and Pro include up to 30 saved rules per connected mailbox, including paused rules. Rules can skip analysis, set extracted task priority or category, or require review. You can also opt in to local learning from priority and category corrections for future tasks in that workspace. Completion suggestions ask you to review the task before marking it done; tasks are never completed automatically.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Use Billing to open the Stripe portal. Scheduled cancellation keeps paid access through the paid period. After access ends, email analysis stops and saved tasks remain usable. On a downgrade, connections outside the new provider or connection allowance stop analysis without deleting their workspaces. Current-month usage is retained when changing plans.
